WARRANTIES All product warranties are with the manufacturer. During the first 30 days from original shipping date, products with defects that can not be fixed by calling the Pump Haus or the manufacturer's technical support may be returned for replacement by the distributor or manufacturer. A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) must be obtained prior to returning defective merchandise by calling 1-214-637-6367. Please have the order number, item number, and a description of the defect available when calling. Instructions on where and how to ship the defective merchandise, freight prepaid by you, will be given. The defective merchandise will be repaired or replaced, at our sole option, and returned freight prepaid by us. After 30 days from original shipment date, defective products should be serviced by the manufacturer’s authorized service center. Non-defective returns are not accepted.
